Your warranty claim will be inspected and will be addressed often on the spot if relatively minor, or it will be scheduled in accordance with weather and material procurement in mind.
What about the Warranty Itself?
ARR warrants the workmanship of the job, for the period specified on your project agreement and will promptly repair or replace any defect in workmanship. Materials used in the project are warranted by the product manufacturer and are subject to their specific material warranties.
What if materials fail prematurely? In the event a manufacturer warranted product fails, ARR is happy to assist our clients with any information needed to process their claim through the manufacturer.
Enhanced Shingle Manufacturer Warranties are Available for Residential Clients: ARR is a Select Shingle Master™ company as authorized by CertainTeed™. We hold their highest credential and are among the top 1% of shingle installers in North America. We are able to provide Five Star™ Warranty Coverage from the manufacturer which covers not only product replacement, disposal costs, and labour for a prescribed number of years, based on the product selected. This is in addition to your ARR warranty. Projects that qualify are completed using CertainTeed ™ products exclusively and are done to their Five Star™ specification. A Word about Shingle Manufacturer Warranties: All shingle manufacturers provide standard product coverage which is pro-rated (depreciate) over a number of years. ARR chooses to use CertainTeed?™products because they are known to honour their warranties in our experience.
